Maurice Broaddus

Maurice Broaddus holds a Bachelor=s of Science degree from Purdue University in Biology (with an undeclared major in English) and works as an environmental toxicologist.  Though his family includes several practicing obeah people (think: Jamaican voodoo) people, he has become a lay leader at The Dwelling Place, a missional faith community.  Scientist, writer, and hack theologian, his considers his most important job that of husband (of one) and dad.(of two).

He=s been published in numerous magazines and anthologies, from Weird Tales Magazine to the Dark Dreams series, but it should be noted that he only want to get famous enough to be able to snub people at horror conventions.  To that end, I have already started to practice referring to myself in the third person.
