Johne (Phy) Cook

Johne Cook is a Technical Writer by day and creative writer by night when he's not cooking dinner for his family of four or playing online PC multiplayer videogames.  Johne's online moniker is "Phy", short for Phydeaux, a play on words borrowed from Larry Norman's bulldog and indie record label of the same name.

Married twentyone years to a gal from New Mexico with great legs and a talent for crafting, Johne and his lady share two children, a love of NFL football, and two purebred shorthair miniature dachshunds.

Johne enjoyed sharing his love of tech and gaming as an editor and journalist at 3DGPU.com.  He revisited his love of Sci-Fi and Fantasy during the summer of his 40th year.  Now 44, his boyish enthusiasm and baby face remind us that age and maturity don't necessarily go hand-in-hand.  ;)

A lifelong cheesehead, Johne enjoys a good yarn and has a special place in his heart for Space Opera.  In order to live, Johne requires literature, cinema, and faith (and not in that order).  Johne loves to write quirky, unconventional stories with a moral core but feels a little weird about writing about himself in the third person.
